The shipping policy applies to all orders placed on yhone.com. In most cases, all items are delivered by DHL from Hong Kong..


You will receive a shipping confimation email as soon as the order has been dispatched. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

We process orders Monday through Sunday (excluding holidays) within working hours. If you place your order after working hours, we will process and ship the order the next day.

Delivery time

Delivery times are quoted in business days for metro areas only and are estimates. Purchased items may take from 3 to 7 working days to arrive (sometimes even longer depending on availability after they have been processed, which may take 1-2 business days). Please bear in mind that our store will do everything necessary to make delivery as quick and easy as feasible. Please find shipping fees and schedules for your area in the table below：

Orders will NOT be charged import duties for orders under $640AUD. If you spend over this threshold import duties may be applicable.

While delivery times cannot be guaranteed, JINGRONG YIDA E-COMMERCE CO., LIMITED will take all reasonable steps to ensure your order is delivered as efficiently as possible. Please refer to the shipping fee and delivery schedule table applicable to your region.

Orders with a value under AUD 640 will not be charged import duties. Orders exceeding this threshold may be subject to import duties and taxes.

Other Countries

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country’s customs authority. Duty rates and tax requirements vary by country and order value. As customs regulations differ between jurisdictions, JINGRONG YIDA E-COMMERCE CO., LIMITED is unable to estimate applicable charges in advance.

If you choose not to pay applicable import duties or taxes and refuse delivery, the order will not be refunded.

ALTERING ORDERS / ADDRESSES

Once an order has been processed at our warehouse, changes to products, shipping addresses, or recipient details are not possible. Please review all billing and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

JINGRONG YIDA E-COMMERCE CO., LIMITED is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been dispatched.
